Below is all the trainers on permanent staff
Ami Riley (Owner, Lead Trainer)

Ami Riley, the sole proprietor of Camley Kennels since 2022, brings over seven years of experience specializing in personal protection dogs. Her journey into dog training began on a farm, where she developed a strong foundation working with bird and hunting dogs. Seven years ago, as a mother of two active children with a busy schedule, Ami realized the invaluable security provided by her dog, Jedda. This experience inspired her to help others achieve the same peace of mind, knowing they have a loyal companion to watch their back.
Ami’s commitment to excellence led her to complete 480 hours of specialized training through Veterans K-9, earning certification as a decoy. Today, she continues to offer her expertise to those seeking reliable, well-trained protection dogs through Camley Kennels.

Stephanie Jetton (Trainer)

Stephanie has always been passionate about animals and knew from a young age that she wanted a career working with them. Over the years, her ambitions evolved, but her determination to achieve her dreams never wavered. Stephanie dedicated her life to studying the natural world, particularly its fauna, ultimately earning a degree in Wildlife Biology.
Her love for dog training began 13 years ago when she started mentoring under an AKC judge with her first dog. Stephanie devoted her free time to training and competing in AKC obedience and conformation with her personal dogs. When offered the opportunity to train and work with Law Enforcement K-9s, Stephanie eagerly accepted, embarking on a new and exciting career path.
This experience led her to explore tracking, scent work, apprehension, personal protection, and bite sports such as IGP and Schutzhund. Stephanie's dedication and enthusiasm eventually brought her to become a valued member of Ami's team. In addition to AKC trials, she has also competed in competition tracking (man trailing) and competitive scent work trials.

Six years ago, Bob welcomed JoJo into his life, and since then, he has become known for his patience, keen ability to read canine body language, and his talent for helping people communicate better with their dogs.

Amanda Mills (Trainer)

Like most animal lovers, Amanda Mills grew up reading James Herriot and Rudyard Kipling. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Wildlife Science, but she never really learned how to talk to the animals like Doctor Doolittle. Modern methods of dog training, however, have gotten her pretty close! It’s a good thing, because her favorite breed is the German shepherd dog, which are usually too smart for their own good.
What began as a hobby to keep her boy Vigilante entertained turned into a career for Amanda. Together, they have competed in sports such as lure coursing and disc, and he has earned fetch and trick titles through the AKC, as well as his farm dog certification, temperament test, and canine good citizen. Amanda has become a canine good citizen evaluator, farm dog judge, fetch judge, CPDT-KA certified dog trainer, and a member of the APDT. She began working with Camley Kennels in 2023, teaching one-on-one lessons and boarding select dogs who need a focus on their foundational skills.
